Mixed Berry Smoothie

I know, I know. It’s AUTUMN. But, it’s still weirdly warm (in the sun) and I think you could get away with having a smoothie for brekkie if you wanted to.
I strongly encourage you to give this recipe a go! Simple, delicious and so good for you, it’s worth the slightly chilly factor :)

 

Ingredients:
300g Mixed berries
500g Natural Yoghurt (or soy/coconut yoghurt if you don’t have dairy)
1⁄2 cup Toasted Muesli (substitute this for LSA if you’re gluten intolerant)
2 tbs Honey OR 1/2 a banana
4 Strawberries
1⁄4 bunch Mint Leaves

Method:

Puree half of the mixed berries in food processor.Pour into bottom of glass, top with half the amount of
yoghurt.
Layer muesli on top of yoghurt. Top with remaining yoghurt
Top with remaining berries, strawberries and mint leaves.
Drizzle with honey (optional)
Enjoy!
