I know, I know. It’s AUTUMN. But, it’s still weirdly warm (in the sun) and I think you could get away with having a smoothie for brekkie if you wanted to.
I strongly encourage you to give this recipe a go! Simple, delicious and so good for you, it’s worth the slightly chilly factor
300g Mixed berries
500g Natural Yoghurt (or soy/coconut yoghurt if you don’t have dairy)
1⁄2 cup Toasted Muesli (substitute this for LSA if you’re gluten intolerant)
2 tbs Honey OR 1/2 a banana
1⁄4 bunch Mint Leaves
